COATING TECHNOLOGY

Double-dot
It refers to the use of a double-dot coating process, which is usually manifested as the formation of two layers of adhesive dots of different shapes or densities on the base fabric. This process can enhance the bonding strength and maintain the softness of the fabric, and is commonly used in the production of high-end bonded interlinings.
Powder-dot
Hot melt adhesive is evenly distributed on the surface of the base fabric in powder form through a screen or engraving roller, forming discrete point-like adhesive layers. Its feature is good breathability and it is suitable for light and thin fabrics
Paste-dot
The liquid hot melt adhesive paste is coated into dots through rotary screen printing technology, and after curing, a bonding layer is formed. The advantage lies in the uniform distribution of glue dots and clear edges, making it suitable for fine clothing parts.
Thermo fusible transfer
The process of transferring the hot melt adhesive film from the carrier to the base fabric by heating. It can achieve precise positioning and bonding, and is often used for clothing components that require complex shapes or local reinforcement (such as collar interlinings).
Scatter powder
Hot melt adhesive powder is randomly scattered on the surface of the base fabric by mechanical or electrostatic means and then fixed by heating and melting. The process is simple and the cost is low, but the uniformity of the adhesive layer is relatively poor.
